I’ve studied the development of research on Medical Marijuana over the past 10 years. What I’ve found is that it’s safe, effective and simple to use. I also found that it’s important like anything else to operate with guidance in adjusting to new things like medical marijuana.
Lit Session is a safe healing space that I created to be 420 friendly and is easily accessible from virtually anywhere. The affects of trauma are often not treatable with medication alone. Chronic stress, depression, anxiety and PTSD are all common among people who are trauma survivors as well as those who experience difficulty adjusting in life. Treating only the symptoms of a dysfunction may prolong healing, cause additional side effects and more disruption.
Most of us usually know something is wrong when it’s wrong, but may not have the insight as to what’s wrong or how to make it right. You can heal from life, you don't have to deal with it, and you can do it without addicting, or toxic medications. Medical marijuana is safe and it helps with both physical and mental pain! Mental Health is more than therapy, it's more than medication management. Mental Health is being accountable to a healthy lifestyle, with the ability to function within it.
